Here we will highlight tools to solve particular challenges each month⦠this month we tackle booking meetings.
Are you still playing email ping pong when trying to schedule meetings with your team, interviews with volunteers or any other meetings? š¤Æ
Well there are a number of standalone tools that exist but if your organisation uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (highly likely if your organisation email provider is Gmail or Outlook) then both have their own appointment scheduling tools.
We use Calendly at Volunteero but there is a cost to this whereas the native apps for Google and Microsoft are free. Below we share links to really helpful videos we have found to setup the various offerings. We hope this helps.
